みなさん、こんにちは。マハメルコーヒーです。松戸駅西口から徒歩3分、インドネシアコーヒー豆専門店の私たちから、今日はちょっとだけ松戸を離れて、インドネシアの畑の話をさせてください。

私が現地の農園で、仲間たちとコーヒーチェリーを一粒ずつ手で摘む時間。あの静かな森の空気、真っ赤に色づいた実の重み、汗をかきながら笑っている仲間の顔。それが、今みな様のカップの中につながっているんだよね…と、写真を見返すたびに胸が熱くなります。

一粒ずつ、手で触って確かめるコーヒー

チェリーを収穫して、麻袋いっぱいに集めて、パルパーで果肉を外して、天日で乾燥させて…写真の風景は、全部「マハメルブレンド」のスタート地点です。

強い日差しの下で豆を広げ、手でかき混ぜながら状態を確かめていく。機械だけに任せない、手の感覚と目の感覚が頼りの地道な作業です。でも、このプロセスがあるから、松戸で淹れる一杯の味が決まるんだな、といつも感じてます。

私たちのコーヒーは、ただ輸入された豆ではなく、現地の仲間と一緒に育てた時間そのものだね！！

松戸のカップの中にある「ありがとう」

インドネシアの畑で動いてくれる農家さんたち。松戸でコーヒーを飲んでくれるみな様。どちらか一方でも欠けたら、マハメルコーヒーは成り立ちません。

オープンからここまで続けてこられたのは、現地の仲間たちと、松戸で応援してくれるみな様の愛と優しさのおかげです。本当に感謝しかないです。

これからも、インドネシアの畑での風景やストーリーを、少しずつ写真と一緒に届けていきます。そして、その続きの一ページを、松戸のカウンターで一緒に味わってもらえたらうれしいです。

Hello everyone, this is Mahameru Coffee, your Indonesian coffee spot just 3 minutes from Matsudo Station West Exit.

Today I’d love to take you a little away from Matsudo, back to the farms in Indonesia where our coffee story really begins.

Out there, we pick each cherry by hand, walking between the trees, talking, laughing, sweating together under the sun. When I look at these photos of red coffee cherries, full burlap bags, and beans drying on the ground, I’m reminded that every cup in Matsudo started with those moments.

From handpicked cherries to your daily cup

We harvest the cherries, fill the sacks, run them through the pulper, and dry the beans under the open sky. All those scenes you see in the photos are the very first chapter of our Mahameru Blend.

We spread the beans out on the bricks, move them gently by hand, and check their condition with our eyes and fingertips. It’s slow, simple work. But that care is what shapes the taste of the coffee we brew for you here in Matsudo.

Our coffee is not just “imported beans” – it’s time and effort shared with the people who grow it.

Two homes, one cup

Without our friends working on the farms in Indonesia, and without all of you supporting us here in Matsudo, Mahameru Coffee simply wouldn’t exist.

Every day I feel deeply grateful for the kindness and support we receive on both sides. Your visits, your words, your quiet moments over a single cup mean more than I can say.
